USPS Distribution Facility

The floor joints were spalled and raveled due to excessive fork lift traffic. We repaired the floor joint shoulders and spalled areas to reduce damage to equipment and employee injuries.

Yuma Desert Lawn Cemetery

There was significant water damage throughout the mausoleum, causing concrete and masonry fractures. We repaired the fractures and made repairs to the seismic reinforcements on the columns.

Gammage Auditorium

We performed historical restoration of the auditorium’s perimeter wall.

Goodyear Waste Water Treatment Plant

The waterproof membrane failed, allowing water to penetrate the concrete and cause corrosion on the rebar. We removed and replaced a large section of the bulkhead, and repaired the rest with epoxy injection and sealers.

Scottsdale Airpark Office Building

We repaired the fractured columns.
